Services we provide
Artificial Frontiers provides AI consulting and implementation services to established businesses. Engagements typically follow three stages: a free operational audit, a free working proof of concept, and a fixed-fee production build.
Free audit and demo
The 45-minute audit and the working proof of concept delivered within one week are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. You are free to walk away at any point. The demo is built around your actual business and may use sample or anonymized data you provide.
Fixed-fee build
The full production build is quoted as a fixed fee after the free demo. The quote covers scope, integrations, training, and go-live. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before being undertaken.
IP ownership
You own everything we build for you. On payment of the agreed fee, all custom code, configurations, prompts, and documentation produced for your engagement transfer to you. Generic frameworks, internal tooling, and know-how developed by Artificial Frontiers remain ours.
Confidentiality
We treat any business information you share — operational data, customer information, financials — as confidential, and we will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artificial Frontiers is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
