Services we provide

Artificial Frontiers LLC ("Artificial Frontiers", "we", "us") provides AI consulting, automation strategy, and implementation services to established businesses. Engagements typically follow three stages: a free operational audit, a free working proof of concept, and a fixed-fee production build.

Free audit and demo

The operational audit and proof of concept are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. You may discontinue discussions at any time. Demonstrations may be built using sample, anonymized, or customer-provided business data.

Fixed-fee build

Production implementations are quoted on a fixed-fee basis following the proof of concept stage. Quotes include agreed scope, integrations, training, and deployment support. Additional work outside the approved scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment of agreed fees, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement transfers to you, including custom code, workflows, prompts, configurations, and documentation. Artificial Frontiers retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling, templates, methodologies, and general know-how.

Confidentiality

We treat all non-public business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties except:

• with your permission,
• as required to provide the services,
• or where required by law.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number through our website, scheduling tools, or direct communication, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Artificial Frontiers related to scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and business communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Frontiers’ total liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the total fees paid for the applicable engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artificial Frontiers is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
