Confidentiality agreement first
A confidentiality agreement is signed before you share any data, including for the diagnostic.

Only the data the work needs
We ask for the minimum: usually one standard report or export from a system you already use. No system access is required for the diagnostic.

Private processing
Your data is processed in a private environment or within your own infrastructure. It is never combined with other clients’ data.

Not used to train shared models
Your data is used only to build, test and measure the system delivered to you. It is never used to train models for anyone else.

Deletion on request and at the end
If you do not go ahead after the diagnostic, your data is deleted. At the end of an engagement it is deleted or returned, as you instruct.

You own what we deliver
Models, code and documentation delivered to you belong to you, and keep working if the engagement ends.

Do you need access to our systems for the diagnostic?
No. The diagnostic works from a standard report or export that you choose to share, under a confidentiality agreement.
Can the system run inside our own environment?
Yes. Where required, we deploy within your own infrastructure so data does not leave your environment.
Is our data used to train AI models for other clients?
No. Your data is used only for the work delivered to you and is never shared or combined with other clients’ data.
What happens to our data if we do not proceed?
It is deleted after the diagnostic, and we confirm deletion in writing on request.
