Artificial Frontiers ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book a call or engage us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, work email address, company name, revenue range, the systems you use and any context you share about your business. If you go ahead with a trial or engagement, we receive the business data you choose to share, such as invoice, quote or shipment history, under a confidentiality agreement. We may also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors interact with our website (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to your request, prepare and run the trial, and follow up on the engagement. We use business data you provide solely to produce, test and measure the recommendations delivered to you, and for no other purpose. We use analytics to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.

Business data

Business data is processed in a private environment or within your own environment, is not combined with other clients’ data, and is not shared with any third party. It is deleted if you do not go ahead after the trial, or upon termination of the engagement, unless you instruct otherwise.

Third parties

Call scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you submit through our booking form on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Email correspondence is handled by standard email providers, and the website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship and delete it on request. Business data is retained only as described above. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
